It was not the best
It’s in a beautiful location. Too bad the management is not customer service oriented. IO made reservations 7 months before my visit. We were sent to a dirty room in a satellite tower away from the main resort.
We had to ride to and from the main resort in the dirtiest golf card I have ever seen.
Management tried to get an additional $ 154.00 for spa visits that I did not reserve. My room number was enough to trigger the bill. It took over 1 hour to get the charges reversed. The manager refused to appear at the front desk.
I would recommend this resort to anyone who wants to be taken for a ride.
