Great Service,Great Staff,Great Rooms
Based on the reviews I read on this site, I wasn't expecting much and I was pleasantly surprised. The reviews, however, seemed to refer to previous owners (America's Best Value Inn). This is a Brand New Hotel! I am pleased to report a quick and efficient check-in, a pleasant and helpful staff (including an in-room call from the concierge asking if I needed anything), efficient free wireless internet, and a clean room. The staff was great. Although I was only here on business, I would not hesitate returning to this hotel. I would also recommend anyone who is traveling to waukegan or near by areas that need a place to stay, Comfort Inn in waukegan is the place to go.
