Leaky ceiling, poor service, but great beds
The beds and bedding were comfy and very good, but the reception and guest services were not. The ceiling in our room was cracked, the carpet was wet and although we spoke to a supervisor nothing was done that day. Back to the reception to speak to another supervisor next morning after listening to the drips all night adn sqishing over the wet carpet. They wanted to just move us from that room, but this didn't seem enough to me. After much firm demanding they agreed to give us a discount and then it was not reflected in the bill. Back again twice more by phone before it was finally done. Hilton needs to focus more on guest comfort and service than packing in the people.
