Stayed over New Year's
The location was amazing. We booked the hotel for Dec. 29 - Jan. 1. We were on the 18th floor and had an amazing view of the city and mountains. We were able to see the new year's fireworks from our room. The staff was friendly and cooperative despite the crowded craziness that new year's eve brought. Although the housekeeper that cleaned our room didn't speak english, she was still very pleasant and did an excellent job cleaning the room. We ordered room service once and it was decent food but it arrived quickly. Quick access to the 16th st mall was so great. Overall a wonderful stay.
