Adequate
When we arrived mid-day on a Friday for a weekend getaway, the lobby was packed wall-to-wall with various conference attendees. It was a bit difficult to even find the tiny, 6ft long check-in counter partially hidden underneath the escalator. We were advised to return at 4pm for check-in, but were offered a complimentary pass to the spa to freshen up. We were given a handicapped accessible room, which was very poorly laid out and had inadequate lighting in the vanity area. The bar area was nice, located on the second floor. There was a top-floor area that we were told by a friend was a restaurant; we were excited but then disappointed to learn that it was now a private event space. We paid a discounted rate, but had we paid full price I would have been very disappointed.
