Convenient for access to Gatlinburg strip and for Smokey mountains. Service did not stand out, but sometimes, that's exactly how it should be. Pool was great, outdoor, but covered. Close to two excellent restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel convenient for tourist access to DC. Didn't have any cookies left at check-in, though. That would have been nice. Breakfast was sufficient. Nothing spectacular, but sufficient. No reason to complain

I was not awarded a late checkout even though I am a GP member, rates were a little high for quality of hotel. Yeah, its a tight market, but come'on. Over $100 for room with exterior corridors? If wasn't stranded at Dulles, would not choose this place.

Clerk, though, very helpful in finding us a cab and directing us to local eatery. Beds comfortable enough.

Breakfast was nice, just like other Hamptons. Pool was well maintained. But there was a huge centipede like bug in the bathroom. When it was reported, was only given an apology.

Beds were comfortable, didn't think it was worth the price. Will stay cheaper next time.
