Best relaxing vacation!!!
After reading all the reviews here I was a bit nervous but decided to give it a chance since we got such a good price for our stay. As we drove in we were welcomed by a very pleasant bellboy. As we walked in we were very impressed with the beautiful and fragant lobby. We arrived at 11:30 PM. We checked in and were given a room in the tower. I requested a crib for my 10 mos old baby and was told that it would arrived in about 1/2 an hour because housekeeping was switching shifts. To our surprise, by the time we got all of our luggage out of the car and got to the room, the crib was already there. The room was very clean, and had a beautiful view of Sea World and Aquatica as we were on the 10th floor. The next morning we were able to admire the beautiful pool area and surroundings. Out of our 5 days stay, we only went to a park one day and spent the rest of the time relaxing by the pool and going out shopping at the outlet malls. Our maids were very pleasant and went out of their way to make sure that our baby's crib had fresh linens every day. We will definetely stay at this hotel everytime we go up to Orlando, which is about 2-3 times a year. By the way, we saw one of the remodeled rooms by the pool and it was gorgeous, with hardwood floors and a vey calming and exotic color palette. We hope to get one of those rooms in the near future.
