My home away from home in London
The owner, Jimmy, really makes you feel like you are a guest in his home. The hotel is somewhat set up like a bed and breakfast. The rooms vary in size and in the number of beds allowing the hotel to accommodate many different size groups/families. There are two flats or apartments across the street from the hotel as well. Breakfast is included with your stay (Jimmy cooks it himself!). His staff is very helpful with suggesting restaurants, places to visit, shipping packages home and anything else you may need. I've stayed there a few times (in both the hotel and one of the flats) - it's nice to see the same people each time you go. The only downfall is that the hotel doesn't accept credit cards. You have to send a deposit ahead of time in British pounds and then have cash to pay for the rest of your stay when you arrive. With a little planning, it works out great!
