Great Hotel, Bad customer service
I stayed at the Hyatt Place in Fort Wayne, In on August 3rd. The room was very modern. The decor was wonderful. I noticed on Monday August 6th that the hotel charged my card for the room. It is now a week later and I still have not been credited on my credit card. Don't bother calling their corp. "customer service" number all they do is email the hotel GM. The hotel was wonderful. But, based on this experience I will never stay at a Hyatt Place hotel again.
