I was given a weekend for two @ The Four Seasons in Beverly Hills by an actress/business partner of mine at the time. We thoroughly loved everything about it, although there were too many maids coming and going from my room for my tastes. (I guess I'm not used to the lifestyle of the rich and famous yet) The Spa was amazing, I got a facial and Shawn got a massage. We had dinner in the room, and basically lounged around the whole weekend. We did have use of the hotel car and driver included (a Rolls Royce Shadow) which we had drive us to a local bar in west hollywood. [You get quite a different reception at a bar when you roll up in a Rolls Royce Shadow with a driver...lol]

Shawn & Shawn highly recommend staying here if you can.

Once again, save your money. Even though they honored the "Roomsaver" coupons from one of those traveler discount guide magazines that you pick up at rest stops on the interstate, this place was way too much money for what you got. No air conditioning, no usable wireless internet (even though they say they have it) and the front desk people were not only rude, but not very helpful at all with fixing complaints. I was bitten by a spider that had crawled up out of the drain. Also, upon checkout we accidentally left the ashes of our deceased cat in the room, and when we went back to get them, the maids had removed the ashes from the box and then crushed them back into the box breaking a small charm that was keeping Bamboo (his name) company.(no apologies) The hallways were unbearably hot, and the pool was closed.

Shawn and Shawn's Recommendation : If at all possible...don't stay here. If you must stay here at least use a roomsaver coupon. it's the difference between $99.00 and $300.00

Rude staff...black mold on the ceiling...flood damage (although they specifically told us before check in that there was no flood damage)....the room was not cleaned before we checked in (spilled ashtrays on the floor, hair in the bed, cobwebs, and a smell that would turn anyone's stomach) not to mention they post signs all over our room saying do not drink the water!!! and the fire alarm went off throughout the night due to the overbearing heat and humidity in the hallways. All this for $250.00 a night. they did discount us 15%.

We won't likely stay here again.

We were greeted by a friendly smile. The receptionist was friendly, polite, and honest about hotel amenities. The room was clean and smelled nice (like baby powder)

The beds were comfortable.

The wireless internet was free and available (in the rooms closest to the lobby) but thats fine when you are told avout it upfront and request one of those rooms.

The nightly total was $31.35 including tax. They also rent weekly and monthly.

There is even a free continental breakfast in the morning.

We recommend this hotel to all travelers on a budget.

We would definitely stay again.
