The staff was very helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed the happy hour. They provided great service, cold beer and a great atmosphere. You'll have to stop by and say hi to Moe (the bartender), he is a great guy.

The Kyoto has an outdoor garden, a great place to unwind and enjoy a cocktail. The staff was warm and friendly and made me feel welcomed. We were provided with everything we needed to enjoy our time in the city and at the hotel.

We will return to the Kyoto Grand Hotel and Gardens. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This was a great hotel. It's a brand new Marriott and the staff was outstanding. We love baseball and this hotel has great baseball theme. Everyone was great and when I called to book our group Steve Rice was a true pleasure. Keep up the good work and we'll be back to see you!!

I loved the size of the rooms and the service was outstanding. The lake is very nice and we took a lovely walk in the park. We found the restaurant to have good food with an excellent choice of some fine wines. There were lot's of family's have a great time with many different activities. When we checked there were well over 60 different things to do.

We'll be back to Rocky Gap again and again!!
