This hotel is pretty nice. It’s fairly centrally located in East Tsim Tsa Tsui. The airport express shuttle stops there, and the hotel has a shuttle that goes to the MTR station and to the Star Ferry.

The check-in process was a little weird. We opted for the slightly more expensive "Nikko floor", but in order to check in the front desk sent us to the 14th floor. There, the staff tried to convince us to upgrade our room even more, with a 50% increased cost, no thank you. Apart from that, all was well.

The room was clean and large, we had a partial harbor view. Also, the concierge was knowledgeable and helpful.

This hotel is fairly upscale. They have a very attentive staff. It's about a 10-minute walk from the Shinjuku station, but there is a free shuttle from the hotel back and forth. From Shinjuku you can get pretty much anywhere in Tokyo within 45 minutes. Shinjuku itself is a great place to get a taste of Tokyo.

Very nice view of San Francisco. The hotel is right on Union Square, so pretty much everything is within walking distance. The price seems a little steep, but the convenience might be worth it.

The room was fine, nothing spectacular.
