This is another great Disney hotel. Not one of my favorites but it still has that Disney flare. It was very clean, which is important to me. There were a few things that weren't to my liking:

*At the "Quiet Pools" where people are supposed to be quiet, or another words, no children, there were kids all over the place and parents were letting them be wild. There is a very large center pool for that.

*The walk to the food court is a little far.

*I wasn't that impressed with the lunch & dinners in the food court, but the breakfast was good.

*On the last day there was like a two hour wait for a bellhop, so we had to carry all of our luggage, and my sister who was sick, and had been throwing up all night, had to carry her luggage in the very hot sun all the way up to the front of the hotel.

I know this sounds like a critical review, but it really is a good hotel. I would stay there again if Caribbean Beach was all booked. It's not my first choice.

I love this hotel! We've stayed here numerous times and it's all been positive. I do have just a few things that I find a little annoying, but it's dumb stuff and not important.

*They close the front area at 11:30, so you can't get anymore food or drinks after that.

*There is one section of the hotel I think it's Trinidad North or South, that I find to be a little further than walking distance to the center section where the food is. You will need to ride the internal resort bus if you are in that section.

*It takes a long time to wait on the buses to the parks, but I think that is at all Disney resorts right now, not just this one. You know, Disney cost cutting measures.

All in all, I think this is a great place, very quiet, except for the center pool which I try to avoid because there are many children, very clean, and the housekeeping staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
