So rude!
Absolute worst experience of my life! I have never been treated so rudely. Parking is a nightmare here but pales in comparison to the staff. After receiving false information about parking and the hotel lot "full," front desk refused to assist in locating additional overnight parking options for my party. The manager refused to intervene in spite of the lack of customer service. He even referred to himself as god when we asked to speak to someone who would be willing to help us.
We stayed elsewhere as it was worth paying a higher last minute rate at another hotel than be treated so poorly. As a one who travels on a bi-monthly basis and has a lot of experience dealing with hotels, I highly recommend you avoid this place like a plague!
