Can we say: Just bad!
I was very disappointed in this hotel. I was told that this was a 5 star hotel. I have had better service at 3 star hotels. I made reservations a month in advance. I got there and they said that the confirmations meant nothing. They had rooms for me but they were not what I booked. There were three of us in one bed. Their solution was for one of us to sleep on the floor. That was not going to happen. So after two managers (the first one would not talk to me about it, she suggested us to sleep on the floor) and 4 1/2 hours later, we got a double room and it stunk, both literally and in general. I had to strip the beds myself and had to wait almost 20 hours to get new blankets and deodorizer for the room. Not even all the lights worked. Their room service brought wrong food. And I was overcharged at check out. The restaurant food was good, but a little pricey for what you got.
Overall, it was poor.
So why did I stay, my child had a competition at this hotel. That is the only reason. Like most parents, we do what we have to for our child.
