Nice hotel inline with the Hilton brand. Family friendly, but also good for business travelers. Lobby is spacious and modern and the staff is attentive and professional. Location is great - not too far from Times Square, Central Park and 5th Ave. Good value for the price (as long as you are paying under $350 per night).

Wonderful upscale hotel near Central Park, 5th Ave. and Times Square. Very high speed wireless access throughout the hotel. Professional European staff, but not stiff at all. Not exactly a family friendly hotel, but perfect for those on business travel or looking for a theater/romantic weekend getaway.

Comfortable hotel, certainly inline with the global Novotel brand. Location is excellent - only a few blocks from Times Square, 5th Ave, and Central Park. Nice bar, cafe, and restaurant located in the hotel. Staff is professional and friendly and the hotel also seems family friendly - though also would be more than fine for couples and business travelers.

Beautiful and comfortable large hotel. Lobby is vast, the bar has the aura of a nice Georgetown (D.C.) cigar club. Free high speed wireless in the lobby is a nice perk. Location is very central, only blocks from Times Square, Central Park, 5th Ave., and Rockefeller Center. Definitely an upscale hotel minus all the elitist attitude that you would find in other NY locales (e.g. Bryant Hotel). Good value for your money.
