A brilliant hotel
We could not find one fault with this hotel during our whole stay. The hotel and grounds are kept extremely clean. Our room was really nice, although we were all inclusive. We had an apartment with self catering facilities with a fridge which came in really handy. The facilities at this hotel were brilliant. There was something going on everyday for all to enjoy. This property is perfect for a family as the children’s facilities were exceptionally good. Everyone we spoke to were saying how good the entertainment and activities were for children of all ages. From swim classes, to discos during the evening. The food was also good at this property, considering we were on an all inclusive so I know that they can be quite repetitive, but we found that there was something different the whole week that we were there. The property offers another two restaurants on site which you can eat at on the all inclusive (reservations are required). We ate at both the restaurants, and I thoroughly enjoyed the Caribbean grill, it had to be my best meal throughout my stay as it offered totally different options from the main restaurants. The waiters are really nice and friendly. The other restaurant we ate at was the Italian restaurant which is situated in the main restaurant, but is cornered off and you do get full waiter service. The hotel is also situated not far from the beach. We walked down a few times (not even 10 minute walk) to a variation of shops, bars, and restaurants, from typical Spanish to good old English bars. They are definitely worth the walk or you can just pop on the bus and visit Palma which is great if you love shopping. The representatives also are really helpful. They are always about the hotel if you require any help or information on excursions. Overall, our stay was excellent and I would definitely go again.
