The plush rooms made for a great escape after a day skiing and tubing another day. They are near the world famous tubing hill that is sure to provide great excitement to anyone! We were able to bring our pet which was a great advantage. We stayed here because we could not find a place we liked in Winter Park but these two towns are very close together. We loved the breakfast, the views, and the privacy.

We loved the location near Rocky Mountain National Park. They had lodge rooms which are a bit older and the more modern luxury condos. We stayed in a condo and were able to enjoy the outdoor pool. They have a great restaurant and bar on site too. I had a massage while my husband was golfing in Estes. We have nothing but good things to say about Marys Lake. The location was superb right on the plaza. You can park in their lot (parking is tough in Taos) and walk to all the shops and restaurants. They have a top notch restaurant on site (that Julia Roberts goes to) and the boutique hotel has history and elegance. Some of the rooms are a bit smaller but they are cute and work well. They do not allow small children. They do have larger rooms and a huge suite that will knock your socks off. This is a great place for a small wedding reception. This property is affordable and has a great location just outside of Crested Butte. They had great ski and stay deals when we stayed here. It was cheaper to stay here and purchase ski tickets with them than to purchase on the slopes. The hot breakfast was great and the customer service was unlike any other. They are an independent property and you can tell the owner and staff cares. With the many outdoor activities (hiking, fishing, biking, skiing, atv riding, rafting) and all that Colorado offers, this is the place to stay.
