The rooms were great with a big flat screen television and small refrigerator. There was a screen separating the queen bed from the small sectional sofa. The bed had four pillows and the lighting in the room was soft. The room is great if you have guests. There's also a desk and chair to do work. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants, fast food joints and shopping all within 5 minutes of the hotel.

Improvements can be made on the complimentary breakfast. Guests have to pay for eggs, pancakes and waffles. There's a charge for the cookies and anything inside of the display case. Also, there's not enough room to support families of more than 5 in the breakfast area. It was extremely crowded when I went to eat breakfast around 9:30am since they stop serving breakfast at 10am.

The room contained a microwave and small refrigerator. At times it was noisy since I stayed on the second floor next to an opening overlooking the lobby area. The exercise facility was kept clean at all times with fresh towels. The breakfast left a lot to be desired but it was free. Sometimes the breakfast did not have hot foods available like the biscuits, sausage and microwaved eggs. The receptionist was friendly and USA Today newspaper was left in front of your door (weekdays). There was a little snack area provided by the hotel for a nominal fee.

Keep in mind there's no restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and the nearest restaurant is approximately a 10 to 15 minute drive.

The breakfast has make your own waffles, bagels, pastries, white/wheat bread, plenty of coffee, tea, milk, orange/apple juice. They attend to each customer and make you feel at home.

The rooms were clean and the bedding was great with four plush pillows. The downside is there is really nothing good to eat in the area with the exceptions of Muriel's, an Italian restaurant on the other side of the freeway.

Another very bad point, we were not allowed to drink the water, but bottled water was provided by the hotel free of charge. Marin County had a broken pipe, therefore no one within the county should drink their water.
