This hotel property offers spacious rooms with decent location to numerous business buildings. The staffs provide excellent hospitality. The hotel also provides complimentary hot breakfast and "happy hour suppers", which is tantamount to dinners during weekdays. The only shortcoming would be the fitness center amenity, which is very small and not well-equipped.

I loved this hotel. It is beautiful and very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the area was located downtown close to alot of resturants. The room was well set up and very comfortable.

Although the lobby and casino area of this hotel are not as grandeur as Bellagio or Venetian, the hotel room definitely exceeded my expectation for a 5-star resort. The room has several impressive features, including electrical curtain and excellent modern decor. The bed is ultra comfortable, as cozy as the heavenly bed in Westin. The dining is superb. I had both brunch and dinner buffets there and I would highly recommend it. I would rate it above both Venetian and Bellagio.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Tech Museum, HP Pavilion, children's museum... etc. The location makes this property ideal for downtown San Jose exploration. The hotel rooms are new and well-equipped with latest appliances. The only negative aspect is the steep price the hotel charges for parking.
