Bad service at Roy's at the JW Marriott
We received very bad service from the waiter in Roy's located inside the JW Marriott. The Managing partner of the restaurant did little to make us feel better. However, the lady at the reception, Connie, went out of her way to make it to us even though Roy's is not part of the JW Marriott. We may stay again at JW but unlikely to revisit Roy's again.
