For a San Francisco hotel, the Days Inn is reasonably priced and placed in a great location. The BART station, the local transit system isn't located too far away. The hotel offered free parking as well, which is very nice in a big city. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful as well. My friend's luggage had been lost and the airport was going to deliver it. The front desk attendant was nice enough to hold the luggage safely for her when it arrived, while we were gone for the day. The hotel rooms all have exterior doors, but I never felt unsafe.

I had been driving all night and was tired so pulled over at the first hotel I saw, which was this Super 8 hotel. Unfortunatley, the only room availabe was a smoking room. The room was extremely smelly and not that clean. I also thought that it was very high priced for a single room. The hotel lobby and entrance is very nice, but the hallways and rooms need a bit of work.

Hayward isn't the nicest town, but this Comfort Inn hotel offered nice accommodations. The hotel is located off of Mission Blvd, which is a busy street, but the layout of the hotel sets the rooms and parking off of the street and out of view. I spent two nights here and I had a decent stay. The hotels are reasonably priced, especially in comparison to other bay area hotels. The rooms were clean and accommodations decent. The front desk attendant was helpful and very knowledgeable about the area and gave good directions to places.

Super 8 is not a luxury hotel, but it still offers comfortable accomodations at a reasonable price. I was just passing through town and needed a place to sleep and this Super 8 hotel was located conveniently off the highway, with plenty of restaurants, gas stations and shopping areas nearby. The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful and the check-in process was very quick. The continental breakfast was decent, nothing extravagant, but they did have a nice breakfast room and additional seating room in the lobby with tables.
