I stayed here as part of a business trip and I thought it was so so. The room was plain and didn't offer much. Honestly, it just seemed like another hotel. I did like the staff though; they were friendly. The hotel is centrally located and there were plenty of things around to do.

It's definitely nothing special, but it was fine for the time we were there. The rooms were of descent size and the TV was pretty cool. The free internet was greatly appreciated, as well as the free shuttle from the bus stop. We were only there for three hours and had to check out. Even so, we had to pay the entire bill. I was kind of disappointed in that.

I stayed at this hotel for about a week and I thought it wasn't half bad. The hotel looks new and the rooms were nice. We were given a room with a view of the Manhattan skyline, which was cool. Its conveniently located next to the Path station, which made it a short trip into the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. Couple of things i didn't really care too much for: the restaurant was nice, but it was a little overpriced and the food wasn't that great. Also, we had our linens changed after the first night. I was bitten a couple of times.

This hotel is extremely disappointing. I've never been to Connecticut, but if this hotel is any indication of how hotels in Connecticut treat guests, then I will never return there. The fact that this hotel received a four star rating is beyond me. The staff was completely rude and discourteous. There is no concierge; I guess you don't really need one when you're in such a godforsaken place. The hotel is completely isolated from everything else. This fact coupled with the interior of the hotel makes it look like a re-make of The Shinning just waiting to happen. Like I've said before, I've never been to Connecticut so I don't have anything to compare this experience with. Just know to do your research before you decide to stay here.
