The gentleman at the front desk was not very friendly - just complaining about his shift and the heat.

The hotel was overbooked and we had to walk a long way to get to our room.

No elevator, no courtesy cart.

The pool was closed for repairs - disappointing.

The area was bad - I felt like my car might get broken into.

If we weren't so tired we might have asked for a refund.

Well, the pool was outdoors and it was closed for the season! Why have an outdoor pool if you can't even use it year round? What a bummer.

The rooms were so-so - not dirty, but certainly not classy or pristine. The value is about what you would expect from a Best Western.

I would only stay here again if I really had to.

Again, nothing really detailed to report (please see my other reviews on Hampton Inns) - though nothing negative.

Super comfy beds.

We needed a place to stay but didn't want to wear shoes in the shower, if you know what I mean. And choosing Hampton relieved that been-on-the-road-forever stress.

The weather was bad, we had to stop, and all the other hotel rooms were over $100.

Not too shabby of a place, but Motel 6 always makes me shudder.
