An excellent business hotel
I stay at this hotel several times each year. It is an excellent hotel with very nice comfortable rooms.
The service is always superior but the front desk is sometimes overwhelmed at peak times when several flights with Hyatt guests arrive at nearly the same time. The hotel is actually inside the airport and its atrium is also the main terminal for Southwest, Delta and all international flights. It can be very noisy at times.
The rooms with outside rather than atrium exposure are much quieter. This is one of the best hotels in the country for meetings because its location inside the airport. No need for cabs, rental cars or shuttles. You can walk out a meeting and be on you plane in minutes.
