Great for romance
It is very quiet and out of the way. You can definitely (w or w/out your significant other) get some alone or "alone" time. I will be sending my mom for that very thing this summer. Just make sure you've plenty of things planned on your own as there are virtually no activities there. You would expect at least horseback riding (maybe later).
Also, I was there on an all expense paid business retreat. I don't have any complaints, for that it was perfect.
