Terrific hotel. Lots of things to do for kids during the summer season. They have staff who conduct activities through out the day, that my children loved. The pool area is wonderful and the beach just steps from the door. Clean rooms and beautiful decor'. Parking is at a premium, especially if you come in later at night. Hotel restaurant is very pricey, but the Starbucks is great! Silly Sub is a wonderful addition to the resort, however older children should be restricted from the area, as it is designed with young children in mind, and older children tend to run the little ones over. Overall, a terrific place to spend a week relaxing and sunning at the beach!

My husband and I along with our son, decided last minute to fly to Washington DC for Spring Break. We were told the hotel was sold out when we called the night before we left. The Front Desk Personnel told us to call back the next morning to check for a possible cancellation. The next morning we called from the the Airport and they had a room available!! We LOVED it there. The room was very clean, mattresses were new and VERY comfortable, the staff more than accomadating, restaurants were wonderful and LOCATION was the BEST!! We have already recommended to several other families we know who are interested in taking their families to DC for a vacation. 5 STARS!
