This hotel is nice, but it is very far away from all the action. Next time I go back, I will stay closer to Duval street. The room was updated but... there was extra furniure that to me seemed pointless. There was a desk, t.v. set, a bench luggage holder seat thing, and another desk with a fridge under it in a line along the wall, but the beds were very comfy. All of the staff including maids were nice and helpful and the pool was nice and clean. Over all, it was a great weekend family vacation.

I loved the hotels location next door to family. The room was huge and comfy. Having a full kitchen was great and all the closet space was nice too. The place has just undergone a major renovation and all the bad reviews don't really apply. This place looks like it may have been an old condo building but has been converted because it that is what it is surrounded by.

This place was a rip-off for the price. The pool was the only good thing about the hotel. I only stayed here because I was booked at a small hotel right off Duval Street and a week before my trip, I called to confirm that I had a room with two beds and told me I was booked in a king room. I needed to be down there for a wedding and this was the only thing that was still available in Key West so I just booked it.

At first glance, the room did not look so bad but as I looked more closely, I noticed alot wrong. The room smelled musty and like people smoked in the room (being a non smoking room). The bed sheets had blood spots on them and the shower head was duct taped on and the pressure was terrible. My room was two rooms away from the busy loud intersection were you enter and exit Key West. There were a lot of loud smokers around my room because of outdoor hallways. I was mad because I booked a first floor room and got a second floor room and it had no elevators. I hated it.

The location is great, being inside the Walt Disney World resort. There is free shuttle service to all of the parks, and is walking distance to downtown Disney.

The room was huge, being a suite, but I wish that the bedroom was separated from the rest of the room by a real door and not a pull across door that is not even close to soundproof.

The restaurant was fine and the food was good. The pool area was nice also. It was very big and great for everyone. The fitness center was a great place to work out.

The lobby has a Disney gift shop, a kid’s check-in desk, a glass scenic bowl two stories tall that has many animals such as birds and it sounds nice.

Over all, it was great and I would return.
