The Courtyard by Marriott was in fairly good shape. My only complaint is that the room had a very strong smell of new carpet or of some type of cleaner. The halls didn't have the same smell, so maybe it was some type of cleaner. The breakfast area can be kind of cramped (we were there when some of soccer tournament season) when people gather around the waffle maker.

The breakfast buffet at the Marriott Tysons Corner, although expensive (10 bucks if you book with hotel ahead of time or 15 a person if you don't) was actually pretty good. The thing they don't tell you about is parking. If you go around the back of the building, go down underground, and go to the very back of the parking area, you will be near the spot the elevators go to when the go to the basement. We saved money booking through Marriott's reservation system rather than using Expedia or Hotels.com.
