We had a great stay, a magnificent room for the price. The free breakfast was also great. Our keys stopped working once but the staff brought up new ones asap.

We stayed here for a convention that was being held at the hotel. We were happy that we got a room with a hot tub, but that was only until we found ants crawling all around the tile surrounding it! The hotel's solution? Spray insecticide IN THE ROOM and tell us to stay out for a few hours.

We asked for a refund but were only given a partial refund. Read all the other reviews as well, this hotel is in bad shape and would need a full renovation, change of management and staff and possibly brand for me to ever consider staying there again.

Until this hotel gets renovated, I'll be staying elsewhere on my trips to Cincinnati. It wasn't the service or anything, the room just seemed very old by the standards of other Hyatt locations I have stayed at.

Downtown is a dead zone. Parking was expensive for it being so empty, even with a Bengals game on Sunday it was practically deserted.

It just seems like they're not trying hard here.

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday last year and it was a fun and great hotel to stay at. We came back to our room in the evening of the 24th and found milk and cookies to have been delivered!

The hotel itself is in a historical building, once a shopping arcade. I remember growing up in Cleveland and going to the old arcade, and the hotel renovation has not deterred at all from the charm of the building.

Our room was quite large for being a standard king. The amenities were well appointed and suited for the average traveler. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel is right downtown, you can walk to tower city and there are plenty of food, shopping and entertainment options within walking as well.

My only qualm was the price of valet parking, and the lack of a visible self-parking option.
