Horrible Stay
Horrible stay. Most questions were answered with "no comprende". As my 83 yr. old friend & I only speak & understand English, there was a huge communications gap. The restaurant staff was just plain rude. The elevator did not work properly and was a trip hazard. We shortened our trip by half because of the hotel's lack of proper service. The building's architecture was beautiful. So, look but don't stay.
