I was fortunate to have a room on the seventeenth floor with amazing views over Union Square and the financial district.

The staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. The room was luxurious with a huge walk in shower and a whirlpool tub.

The Club Lounge on the ground floor was a relaxing area with helpful staff who were on hand to give guidance and recommendations on what to do and see and how to get from AtoZ.

I would recommend this hotel!

This is a new hotel and it is fantastic. The room was superb with an amazing bathroom including a walk-in shower adn separate bath tub.

The room had an I-Pod connector, fab flat screen TV and stunning views of San Francisco. This was a great hotel.

I used this hotel as a stopover on the way to Yosemite. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and the pool was clean. The only downside was that the hotel doesn't have a lift.

Unfortunately the hotel allows guests to smoke on the walkways so if your neighbour smokes you certainly know about it. There is a lift but you have to carry your luggage up and down stairs as the floors are staggered.

There is underground parking (good) free wifi (good) and the location near Cannery Row is good. The room was large but a little outdated and in need of sound proofing. You never like hearing your neighbouring guest!

The breakfast area is all glass. Guests had to eat breakfast wearing sun glasses!
