This hotel is a great place to stay,the rooms are clean and very comfortable.We were on the 28th floor of the Ainahau Tower with a partial view of the beach and main street from our balcony.Hotel staff and services were great with free internet access,a guests laundry and the pool and surrounding area were excellent for relaxing with entertainment in the afternoon and night.The hotel is close to shopping,restaurants,beach and the International markets.We booked our tours and mustang car hire with the hotel tour desk who were very friendly and helpful.

If you want comfort,good service and want to be close to everything then stay at this hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the staff were friendly and helpful,rooms were very nice with beautiful furnishings.

Breakfast is muffins,bagels,danishes and tea/coffee which is ok but the breakfast room is quite small.

Location is close to the city,shopping and cable cars.You can walk to Pier 39 and Fishermans wharf from hotel although it is a long walk but there is plenty to see on the way.

Hotel area is ok during the day but at night there are alot of homeless people in the back streets but they are all around San Francisco not just here, they seem harmless but it is a bit uncomfortable.
