Do not stay at this hotel. We had a horrible stay. The staff wasn't friendly. The hotel is run down and our room smelled like urine. When we made the reservation they told us that they were close to the ocean but that couldn't have been further from the truth. The next time we stay in La Jolla we're going to try the La Jolla Inn. We stopped into the La Jolla Inn and the staff couldn't have been friendlier and location is superb.

This hotel had the best location in La Jolla. The staff couldn't have been more friendlier. We had an amazing view of the ocean from our private balcony and had a delicious breakfast on the sundeck which also had an amazing view of the ocean. We found that this hotel had the best location, value and service. We'll definately be back!
