Our stay consisted of a Saturday night filled with noise, noise and more noise!!! The hotel had a fraternity group stay on a hotel floor and party in the private room where people on that floor were trying to sleep. From 9:15pm to 11pm nothing but constant noise and cursing and smoking coming from a floor which should not have had this to begin with. The hotel should have sent them to a room on the ground floor away from where people were trying to sleep. About 150 people in a room carrying on and making it impossible for anyone to enjoy a peaceful night. All in all it was a terrible stay where the front night desk manager didn't send security up until we went to the front desk to complain. We had called the front desk numberous times prior to this, but nothing was done. If you want to stay at a hotel where the front desk cares anout their guests and where the hotel is clean and neat and the staff really is concerned about the way you feel, then don't stay here......

We were also there when the 17th. floor had the trouble with the fraternity group. Calling the front desk and telling them to send security was a complete waste! Finally an hour later they came up and by then we were completely disgusted with the hotel staff and the way they handled this.

The room was dirty and smelled like it wasn't cleaned. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the tub showing that it really wasn't cleaned. The rug had stains that you couldn't say from what! All in all it wasn't worth to stay nor for any one else to spend a penny in even thinking of staying there. There are hotels in and around Disney so take the time and check them out! DON'T STAY Here! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!
