Terrible concierge service
We asked if there was bus service to one of the city museums and were told "No" and then "I don't know, I don't take the bus". The concierge didn't even look up the answer, simply gave inaccurate information followed by rudeness. The concierge service at this hotel was lazy, rude and incompetent. We will never stay at this hotel again.
