It was reasonably priced and in a great location, close enough to Williamsburg, but out of the traffic and tourist madness.

The room was large, clean, and had a balcony overlooking trees. We had a sitting area (nice TV, too) with a bar and refrigerator. It probably needs an overhaul, but they're doing a good job maintaining it anyway.

Every night there was turndown service, with chocolates left on the pillows. It was quiet and overall, very enjoyable.

I'd stay here again.

Read all the reviews, they're all absolutely true. I've never had a worse hotel (or even motel) experience in my life.

They had dirty everything! It was creepy, dark, tiny, had a hard bed - just yucky overall.

Pay more and stay in a decent hotel, it will be well worth it.

It's been awhile since I've been here (10 years), but I've stayed here several times and have always been pleased. The rooms are a nice size, with many amenities, some with outstanding views of the city and the bay.

Every wish was granted (ok, except that they wouldn't give it to me for free), and I was always treated extremely well. Once when we got in late, they upgraded us to a full suite with amazing views.

I'd go back here in a heartbeat.

I loved the room, the views, the peaceful desert, and the service. The hotel restaurant was terrific, too.

One complaint, even in early April it was so hot that it was uncomfortable even in the morning. That's not the fault of the hotel, though, it was wonderful.
