It was really, just okay. Good breakfast and comfortable beds, but the staff was kind of bla and there is no bar or restaurant. It was okay and I slept fine but I would not stay there again.

I cannot believe how great this hotel was last week. Just renovated - extremely comfortable, clean, nicely appointed rooms. Every employee was polite and helpful. Very convenient to downtown Wilmington and only about a block away from Washington Street Ale House (great sports bar with good food at a reasonable price). If when you leave you are flying out of Philadelphia (half hour away), make sure and let the hotel schedule you either a shuttle or car service the night before (did not see many cabs around the hotel the week I was there). I highly recommend this hotel. I felt very welcome and slept much better than usual in a hotel.

This is tolerable, but I do not recommend it. Old saggy bed, bad pillows, and filthy bathroom. Dated. Good water pressure at least. Awesome pool and beach. The staff was fine with me. Overall it is an okay place to crash but there are much nicer places to stay in my opinion.

I have stayed here before but now they have renovated and it is really nice. Hard to beat the location and there are dozens of restaurants and shops within walking distance outside or in the underground. The subway (Metro) is very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel - everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Address is a bit confusing, but that's just Crystal City. Really it is on Eads Street between 15th and 20th (take 15th or 23rd from Jeff-Davis) and you'll see the red sign looking down Eads.
