My first impression of the hotel was elegant, luxury and big. As soon as i entered the front entrance, i was greeted by the staffs as expected. Staffs were friendly and helpful , they asked if it's my first stay in the city. And they offered me a tour guide. Not needing one, they quickly helped me to get to my room. Everything went smooth, I'm happy with my stay, and would recommend it to others. Food was great too

Toronto is a great city, this was a great hotel, could have been a little less expensive, but I guess the economy in canada is like that.

Everything wen't smooth, haven't had any problems. Would visit it again and would recommend others too. Clean, good looking rooms, easy to relax and quiet. Will be coming here again.

Whats good about it ? Free wireless Internet in public areas, Spa Services, Fitness room, Business center, Parking ($), Room service, 2 Restaurants, 3 Bars

Whats bad about it? I had a dirty uncleaned room (with stains on bed), took me some time to get the staff from reception to clean it. Being very tired after 7 hour flight i Had to go out of my room, while they were cleaning

The service was unfriendly, nobody ever said any greetings in an answer. Reception was very slow with basics. The A/C was broken in my room, and i wouldn't get a replacement. Kind of unsatisfied, but the food was great. Which i think makes up for it. Would go there again, but under a condition if everything worked properly. Overall would give it 5/10, which just barely makes it a pass on my list.
