Arriving at the hotel from the airport I almost got hit by another taxi driver. It had no lanes to distinguish where taxis should drive. The bell man was great and took my bags immediately.

I got to the front desk and there was a small line of about eight people. There were five staff members with guests already. It took me about an hour and half to just check in.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. When i got up to my room it was the wrong type of room I had reserved a single and had gotten a double.

I called the front desk at once to which they responded "So... what do you want me to do about it?" It was a horrible experience! The People are rude, the food is overpriced(thirty dollars for a burger),and the beach was closed.

Upon check in there are alot of stairs and my elderly grandmother had some problems with all of them. There was NO Parking available and we had to pay to use some other lot and had to walk three city blocks back to the hotel.

huge inconvenience. (especially with a sick grandmother)

The hotel was clean and very tidy. The rooms were very big and spacious. The staff even gave us detailed directions to where we were going.

The breakfast left little to be desired. If you like boiled eggs and cheese cubes for breakfast this is the place. The pool and the hot tub were very small and closed very early.
