No food in hotel!
Ok, the room was nice. Not like a real Hyatt but this is a newer location that Hyatt has recently taken over. The staff at the hotel could have been better trained. My husband and I stayed here for a business meeting and arrived late in the evening. There is supposed to be food avail. 24 hours a day. IT WAS NOT! There were NO vending machines on any of the floors and the "MADE TO ORDER" food was not avail. The first evening a gentleman said he would only cook pizza (which was fine) but we waited 20 minutes standing there for him to totally ignore us and ask us later on what kind of pizza we wanted so we told him to cancel it and we settled for 2 pieces of cheese cake that were in the case. ( the cheesecake was good but not very filling!) The second night we asked for a pizza and the front desk guy (different from the one the night before) told us he did not cook at that time, and we could pick something out of the case but they had a run on it and there was nothing left! So, other than the food situation the hotel is hard to get to. It is on a busy road and rather confusing to get to. You have to drive by then turn around to get back to it. As for knowledge on how to get into the city, there was none! We asked 3 different people and were told 3 different ways. And no one bothered to tell us the last bus from the city back to the hotel was at 8:30p.m.! We will only be staying there for the business trip next time and finding a room for the rest of the weekend elsewhere!
