The room was dirty - so dirty that they missed an iPod on the floor. The hotel was noisy due to the rooms being located around an open gathering space. The staff in the restaurant/bar were completely overwhelmed, though they did remain friendly, which was amazing. Check in took a long time and there were problems with the way our set of rooms was charged. This experience was in October 2007.

The breakfast offerings were varied and service was quick. The manager's reception every evening was great for our group to gather and discuss our experiences of the day. Staff were friendly and helpful. I heard NO noise at all in my room, which was comfortable and very clean. The only thing that kept this from being a 10 was that I could only control the temperature in the room down to 68, and I prefer 65 - however, they were changing out thermostats and fixed this on the last morning I was in the hotel.
