Poor management
I had a nice clean room, and the hotel is under renovation. There’s no A/C in the rooms, it was very hot, and I brought it to the general manager’s attention. No follow through by the general manager, but the front desk was apologetic and professional. I will be in this hotel for 3 months do you think the manager could get out from behind her desk and face her customers!
