Practically stayed there for an entire summer, loved it. it has a nice garden courtyard, having breakfast in the garden during summer days was a great feeling, and nice way to have a good start for the working day.

There are several large suite rooms with separate living / dining area, would be great for family. Though there is no air conditioning, so if it gets very hot could be tough, however bavarian summer usually does not get very hot, just fairly humid. Renaissance and Marriott are tucked among residential areas, so it also provides a good way to observe ordinary munich life, e.g. on weekdays, there was sort of a farmer's market right along the hotel. The subway is right outside the hotel, so very convenient to go anywhere.

Amazing hotel from eco friendly perspective: hard wood floor, bottled shampoo/soup, classified recycle bin in room, no individually packaged cereal/yogurt at breakfast (BTW, the breakfast was amazing); sparsely used vacuum. Did I mention that it is in the center of the city next to all the shopping and restaurants? loved it, if all other hotels in the world would adopt many of its practices, it would be a great contribution to global warming. thanks.

it was just renovated when I stayed there 6 yr ago, nice room though small, good view, and close to everything chic in berlin: shopping, museum etc. highly recommended.

Actually stayed at the Grand Intercontinental Seoul, which is connected to the COEX Intercontinental via the underground shopping mall. Very nice hotel: deco, amenity, room size, and fantastic morning breakfast. The disappointing part is that the flat panel TV is not high definition.

Close to shopping, transportation. highly recommended. of course being close to many business office also helps a lot.
