They had the bed turned back each night and a snack basket stocked each day. They had unlimited, non-alcoholic drinks in the refrigerator. The staff knew your name when you went by the front desk.

The reservations lines (corporate and onsite) will not let me book a specific room, well away from the elevators and noise. Because of that I was awakened early, and was moved that day, to another room, though still not the one requested.
