The employees are very friendly. The response to a request for more in-room coffee was speedy. The cleanliness of everything except the carpet was great. The quietness in the room was above average.

The hotel and the casino were under construction made getting around hard. The food service was poor at a place we had eaten in other trips, the quality was down and the service was down.

I have never experienced any problems at this hotel. The rooms are clean and quiet and check in is always efficient and quick.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The hotel is elegant without being stuffy. The mattresses and excellent and the room temperature is easy to control. It is quiet.

It is easy to get to and it has a decent casino. The service, the efficiency and the friendliness of the casino staff were spotty.
This hotel made me feel welcome: I liked the friendly and efficient valet service and bellman. The quick check in came with an unexpected upgrade.
