most beautiful location at your door. We stayed in a cabin at the lodge. The views out the window were spectacular! The hikes were right there. November, so not all amenities were in place, but the rooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was ok, but there are plenty of other choices nearby. The coffee shop was friendly and good for breakfast. And they are environmentally friendly. Not a place for people who like noise, crowds, and pollution! A most peaceful location!

There are three rustic lodges. Each room has a back porch for a picnic lunch. A shuttle takes visitors to viewpoints of the canyon and Virgin River. We had a southwest barbecued-chicken dinner in the dining room of the lodge. Floor-to-ceiling windows gave us a view of the cool, green grass up to the towering cliffs. Somehow we managed to eat from the dessert bar, too!
