34 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We went here on a Tuesday night. There were probably only 20 people there. We got a "free upgrade" to a family suite. The beds are harder than the floors. We were not impressed at all.

I am not likely to return to the Zehnder's Splash Village Hotel and Waterpark.
I would not recommend it to friends.
