We stayed at this lovely hotel which turned out to be the perfect end to our honeymoon. The room was spectacular, with a great for poster bed and an amazing corner, stone bath. Breakfast was really good too. What we really liked was that when it got really hot in Stone Town, we could come back to the hotel, get a DVD from the reception and stay in our room for a couple of hours, and relax. And of course the hotel has the perfect location, with a lovely roof top view across stone town.
But what makes this hotel extra special are the owners - who are always available for a chat about the history and culture of Zanzibar, or any other subject.
