I got to the hotel at noon and they charged me a $25 dollar "early check-in charge" for a room that was empty and ready to be used. They charged me $25 bucks to change my reservation from two doubles to one King bed even though I'd booked a King. The ironing board was a tabletop which is nearly impossible to use in the room, but it didn't matter because the ironing board was broken anyway. The rooms are super noisy from the fans and showers of other guests, the traffic outside, and the never-ending vacuuming. The sour smell of the room was a little to be desired, two small pillows on a king size bed, a 17" television, the bar closes at 11:30, the elevators are used by the cleaning staff and it takes forever to get from the fifth floor to the lobby. The staff in the plush room was great and a couple of the front desk folks were very nice, but the others were quite rude. I travel a lot and I will never use this hotel again.
